Ingredients
- 1 cup Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Lechera
- 1 Evaporated Milk
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Cream Cheese
Steps
- 1. Place the cup of sugar in a pan and move it around until it's fully dissolved.
- 2. Once the sugar is dissolved quickly place it in a mold before it hardens creating an even layer.
- 3. In a blender, mix the rest of the ingredients.
- 4. Once it is fully blended place it in the same mold as the sugar. The mold will go inside a pan with water.
- 5. Place the pan inside the oven and bake at 350°F. Bake for an hour.
