Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Lechera
  • 1 Evaporated Milk
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cream Cheese

Steps

  • 1. Place the cup of sugar in a pan and move it around until it's fully dissolved.
  • 2. Once the sugar is dissolved quickly place it in a mold before it hardens creating an even layer.
  • 3. In a blender, mix the rest of the ingredients.
  • 4. Once it is fully blended place it in the same mold as the sugar. The mold will go inside a pan with water.
  • 5. Place the pan inside the oven and bake at 350°F. Bake for an hour.
