Ingredients
- 6 slice whole grain bread
- 6 slice provolone cheese
- 6-10 slice tomato
- 6 pinch fresh herbs
Directions
- 1. Place the slices of bread in the baking tray. Arrange the slices of cheese over the bread followed by the tomato slices.
- 2. Place the toast under the broiler for 6-7 minutes. Make sure you look closely after 5 minutes to make sure they don't burn. They burn very quickly.
- 3. Sprinkle with fresh herbs and pepper fakes if using.
- Note: You can use gluten free bread for a gluten free version.
