This is a modified recipe orginating from a Betty Crocker cookbook. The original recipe was called "Apricot Cranberry Muffins." However, I use the recipe to make my own personal Brown Sugar Muffins. Enjoy.

Ingrediants
2 cups Original Bisquick
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon margarine or butter, melted
1 egg
1/2 cup brown sugar and cinnamon mixed
Steps
Step 1: "Heat oven to 400˚. Line medium muffin cups, 2 1/2 x 1 1/4 inches, with paper baking cups." Or, you can use traditiaonl baking spray to prevent sticking to the pan.
Step 2: "Stir all ingrediants, [besides brown sugar and cinnamon mix, just until moistened. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups." Then, sprinkle brwon sugar and cinnamon evenly among each muffin.
Step 3: "Bake 13 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly; remove from pan. 12 muffins."
