Turkish Nice Rice

Ingredients:

  • A bunch of leftover white rice
  • Frozen bag(s) of Chopped carrots and peas
  • Sesame Oil
  • Tamari sauce or other Gluten free soy sauce
  • Sake
  • As much turkey meat as you want
  • A few eggs
  • Optional futakake topping, or onions and garlic depending on tolerance.

Instructions

  1. Cook rice and refridgerate for a day.
  2. Brown turkey meat and set aside.
  3. Heat veggies on medium heat. If using garlic and onions, cook those first.
  4. Move veggies after cooked to half of pan, cook eggs scrambled on other half.
  5. Throw turkey into the mess and cook til all is warm, with sake and sauces.
  6. Add rice to the mix, along with desire amount of sauces.
  7. Cook the concoction on medium high to really fry the rice.
  8. Finish with some futakake and enjoy or meal prep. It's easy to make a bunch.
