Ingredients:
- A bunch of leftover white rice
- Frozen bag(s) of Chopped carrots and peas
- Sesame Oil
- Tamari sauce or other Gluten free soy sauce
- Sake
- As much turkey meat as you want
- A few eggs
- Optional futakake topping, or onions and garlic depending on tolerance.
Instructions
- Cook rice and refridgerate for a day.
- Brown turkey meat and set aside.
- Heat veggies on medium heat. If using garlic and onions, cook those first.
- Move veggies after cooked to half of pan, cook eggs scrambled on other half.
- Throw turkey into the mess and cook til all is warm, with sake and sauces.
- Add rice to the mix, along with desire amount of sauces.
- Cook the concoction on medium high to really fry the rice.
- Finish with some futakake and enjoy or meal prep. It's easy to make a bunch.
