1. Turn your crockpot on to medium-low heat and add your apples to it.
2. Sprinkle the cinnamon over the top of the apples and cover the crockpot with the lid.
3. Let the apples cook for 12 hours, stirring every 3-4 hours as meeded. Be sure that the apples on the bottom of the crockpot do not burn.
4. After the 12 hours are up, scoop the apples out of the crockpot and into your blender.
5. Blend your apples until they for applesauce! Pour the applesauce into a large bowl and let sit for 1 hour to cool.
6. Add a pinch of cinnamon to the top if desired and dig in!
