Ingredients
2 Cups of water
3 Whole Cloves
1 or 1/2 stick Cinnamon
3-4 Green Caramon pods (Cracked Open)
1 Nub of Ginger (to taste)
4 Tablespoons loose black tea (or 4 Tea Bags)
2 Cups of Milk
3 Tablespoons of Suger (to taste)
Directions
1. Take a Sauce Pan, add water and put it on medium heat.
2. Add the cloves, cinnamon, cardamom and ginger.
3. Once the water starts boiling add the tea and milk then boil again.
4. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Tips
Ginger is particularly beneficial for colds, while fennel helps with minor stomach issues.
