Ingredients
- 1 Medium Onion
- 3 TBLS Flour
- 2 TSP Cumin
- 2 Can White Beans
- 1 Can 16oz Chicken Broth
- 1 1/2 Cup Chopped Chicken
- Step 1:
Brown onion in oil till transparent.
- Step 2:
Add flour and cumin, cook for 2 minutes in large pot.
- Step 3:
Add chicken broth, beans and chicken.
- Step 4:
Let simmer till done.
- Step 5:
Top with sour cream and/or cheese.
- Step 6:
