When I was younger, the best part about Christmas other than the presents were all of the delicious treats that my Grandmother made every year. From cookies to lemon bars, they're all something that the whole family looks forward to. As for me, my favorite has always been her almond roca cookies. The recipie for these cookies was given to her by one of her good friends who learned it from her mother. This is a true recipe that has been passed down for generations.
