Inspired by the Disneyland dish A savory sweet Southern dish made famous by Disneyland in the Blue Bayou and Cafe Orleans restaurants.
Ham, Turkey, and Swiss sandwich deep fried in a light egg batter. Served with powdered sugar and jelly or mustard.

Ingredients
Batter
1 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour, sifted
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Baking Powder
1 Egg
Sandwich
1 oz. sliced Turkey Meat
1 oz. sliced Ham
1 oz. sliced Swiss Cheese
2 slices White Bread
Other
Canola Oil
Powdered Sugar
(Optional) Berry jelly of any flavor
(Optional) Mustar
Directions
Making the Batter
1) Sift flour, salt, and baking powder together.
2) Beat egg and add water.
3) Add water and egg to flour mixture and mix well. Set aside.
Putting it Together
1) Heat oil in a frying pan to 360 degrees. Watch the heat; if it begins to smoke then turn the heat down.
2) While oil is heating up, make the sandwich using first turkey, then Swiss cheese, and then ham.
3) Cut the sandwich into quarters and use wooden toothpicks to hold the sandwich together.
4) Dip sandwich in egg batter and fry in oil one at a time until golden brown.
5) Remove toothpicks and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
(Optional) Serve with jelly of choice, or mustard.
