1 Package of spice cake mix
3 Eggs
1 Cup of canned pumpkin
1/2 Cup of water
1/2 Cup of canola oil
3.4 Ounces instant vanilla pudding mix
1 Teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 Cup of chopped pecans
Cream cheese frosting or whipped cream
Steps
Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease and flour a 10 inch fluted tube pan.
In a large bowl, combine the dry cake mix, eggs, pumpkin, water, oil, pudding mix and cinnamon.Beat at medium speed.
