Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Sifted Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 6 Eggs
Directions
- Step 1:
Combine flour, salt, pepper in mixing bowl.
- Step 2:
Stir in milk and beat until batter is smooth.
- Step 3:
Beat and stir in eggs.
- Step 4:
Pour 1/2 cup of batter into a greased 10" pan, spread batter to edges
- Step 5:
Cook until browned, turn over, cook until browned.
- Step 6:
Serve rolled up with choice of toppings: cinnamon and sugar, syrup, etc.
