The Best Pour Over Coffee
(With a Twist...)

What You'll Need
- Coffee Grinder (optional)
- 18 grams of freshly ground coffee (ground on a fine setting)
- 6 grams of fresh blueberries
- 3 cups of water

- Pour over coffee maker
- Paper Cone coffee filter
- Gooseneck Kettle
- Scale
- Timer
What You'll Do
- 1. Bring the water to a boil and grind the coffee if it has not been pre-ground.
- 2. Mash up the blueberries until they are jam-like
- 3. Place the paper filter in the pour over device and place the pour over device on the scale
- 4. Place the coffee and blueberries in the pour over device and zero out the scale
- 5. Start the timer and Pour the water over the contents until the scale reads about 50 grams.
Wait until the timer reads 30 seconds and stir the contents. this allows the coffee to bloom.
- 6. Continue pouring the water over the contents for about three minutes, stoping and starting
as necessary and until the scale reads 306 grams.
- 7. Enjoy your fresh and delightful cup of coffee, with an added touch of extra fruity notes.
