Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies
I honestly hate it when people make infinitely long blog posts about how awesome their cookies are.
I mean, they're freaking cookies, you already know that they're going to be good.

- Melted Coconut Oil:
- Granulated Sugar:
- Brown Sugar:
- Unsweetened Almond Milk:
- Vanilla:
- All-purpose Flour:
- Baking Soda:
- Baking Powder:
- Salt:
- Vegan Semisweet Chocolate Chips:
- 2/3 cup
- 2/3 cup
- 2/3 cup
- 1/2 cup
- 2 teaspoons
- 2 1/2 cup
- 1 teaspoon
- 1 teaspoon
- 1/2 teaspoon
- 1 (10 oz) bag
Step 1:
Heat oven to 350°F.
In large bowl, mix coconut oil, granulated sugar and brown sugar until well mixed.
Stir in almond milk and vanilla.
Step 2:
Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt until dough forms.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop dough by slightly rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Step 3:
Bake 11 to 14 minutes or until edges are light brown and tops look set.
Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets.
Remove to cooling rack; cool completely.
Store in tightly covered container.
