- Tools: large saucepan and square-pan
- 3 cups of white chocolate chips
- 1 14oz of can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 box of instant cheesecake pudding mix, dry
- 1 cup of marshmallow fluff
- 1 1/4 cups of chopped oreo( about 1/3 of a package)
- 1/4 cups of chopped oreo's for the top, if desired
- Line a 9x9 square pan with foil and spray with non-stick spray. Set aside.
- In a large saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips
and sweetened condensed milk and heat over medium heat until smooth.
Stir constantly to encourage melting.
- Add the dry pudding mix and stir, then add the
marshmallow fluff and mix until fully combined. It can
get a little tough to stir, but really try to mix it well.
- Take the pan off the heat and add the chopped Oreo's.
Fold them in until evenly distributed.
- Pour into prepared pan and top with aditional
Oreos if desired.
- Refrigerate overnight or for at least4 hours.
- Cut into small squares and serve.
