What languages are supported by the app?

Currently the application only supports English. However, more languages may be added in the future.

How do I navigate through the headset's app?

By utilizing the voice recognition of RealWear’s headset you can navigate through the app by speaking the commands aloud.

What voice commands does the headset utilize?

Menu: “Start Tour”, “Settings”, “Manual Mode”

Universal Commands: “Go Back”, “Hide Assistance”

Map View: “Open Locations”

Location View: “Name of Location”

Content View: “Image Gallery”, “Audio Narration”

Image Gallery: “Previous”, “Next One”

Audio Narration: “Pause Audio”, “Play Audio”

What's the correct way to wear the headset?

Rotate the headset’s boom arm, and position the display pod just below the line of sight of your dominate eye.

Why does the display look weird to me?

The headset needs to be adjusted in a certain way. Check out our how-to video on how to properly use the headset!

Can I use the headset with my glasses on?

Both the headset and display are perfectly compatible with glasses.

Is it okay to wear the headset in the rain?

The headset is IP66 certified waterproof and can withstand the elements.
