For this narrative project I settled on creating a non-fiction biography of sorts, of my parents “love story”. I wanted to create something that I could continue to work on that would have value to my family and I in the future in the form of a digital relic of family history. For this project I wanted to learn how to simulate parallax scrolling and use images of my parents when they were young as the main focus of the website. I also learned how input a digital media file into the site for the viewer to play. Some challenges I had were getting the text to display in a pleasing manner against the background as well as properly floating them on mirroring sides when scrolling.
