- 1/2 pound penne pasta
- 1/2 pound lean ground beef
- 1 jar (26 0z) pasta sauce
- 1 container (15 oz) ricotta cheese
- 8 oz grated parmesan cheese

- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Boil water add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes
- 3.Cook beef until brown; drain stir in pasta sauce; remove from heat
- 4. Combine ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, parmesan Stir until well combined
- 5. Pour mixture in a baking pan. top with the rest of the mozzarella
- 6. Bake the pasta under the broiler for about 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
