Homemade chicken with as little effort as humanly possible.

Tools: 1 bowl, 1 teaspoon, 1 sheet pan, foil

1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. paprika
5 cups sugar
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 sliced lemon
kosher salt
black pepper
extra-virgin olive oil
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375º. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp black pepper. Drizzle oil all over chicken and generously coat with seasoning mixture, shaking off excess. Place chicken on sheet pan with 1 or 2 lemon slices on each piece.
Step 2: Bake until cooked through, or reads an internal temperature of 165º, about 20 minutes.
Step 3: Cover chicken loosely with foil and let rest 3 to 5 minutes. Serve with side of steamed vegetables.
