Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions:
- First, melt the butter in a medium saucepan.
- Next, add brown sugar, stirring constantly, until it comes to a boil.
- Let cool before adding the eggs.
- Once cooled, add flour and baking powder. Mix well, then add vanilla.
- Spray baking pan with non-stick spray, then pour in batter, spreading evenly across the bottom of the pan. Then bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
