About Bobo
Bobo is a chinchilla bunny rescued from the humaine society. She has gray , black, and white hair that makes her look like a big chinchilla. Bobo is named after the English rock star David Bowie. Bobo originally goes by Bowie.
Bobo's Diet
Bobo has a specific diet of Timothy hay, pellets made out of hay that she does tricks for, and we give her cilantro, and carrot tops for healthy greens. Bobo pushes 3 items with her nose to let us know what she wants to eat. She pushes this tiny bus for pellets, she pushes the small plate for greens, and she pushes her hay roll for more hay.
Sleep
Bowie is Crepuscular. Crepuscular animals are species that are most active around sunrise and sunset. They are not nocturnal, since they sleep through the night. But they also sleep during the day, so they’re not diurnal either. Deer are another example of a crepuscular species, as well as many rodent species. Bowie will do this thing I call a flop where she'll flop down on her side in one plop before she naps.
