Popcorn with a kick
Add 1/2 cup of canola oil to your stockpot, and preheat the stockpot and your small saucepan on medium heat. Then add 1 cup of popcorn kernels to your stockpot, cover, and shake frequently. You will hear popping shortly.
After a few minutes of popping and shaking, add your butter to the saucepan and add sriracha to it as needed. Allow the butter to melt and continue shaking your stockpot.
Finally, when the popping has stopped, turn off your stove, add your butter to the stock pot, cover again and shake to distribute your butter. Salt can be added too.
