Spaghetti and Bolognese Recipe
Follow the following recipe to make Adrien's famous spaghetti and bolognese sauce. Recipe originates from my high school culinary class, with a bit of my own twist to it.

White Wine |

Crushed Tomatoes |

Tomato Paste |

Beef Broth |

Half and Half |
1/2 Cup |
Bay Leaves |

Crushed Red Pepper |

Fresh Thyme or Rosemary |

To Taste |
Steps:

Cube Mire Poix
-
Mince Garlic
-
Saute Mire Poix in Vegetable Oil until Soft

Add Ground Beef and Pork and Brown
-
Season Proteins to your preference

Add White Wine to Deglaze Pot
-
Add Tomato Paste, Crushed Tomatoes, and Bay Leaf to Beef

Simmer on Med-Low for 2 hours stirring every 15 mins, Sauce should be a deep red

Add Half and Half
-
Add any final seasonings, season to your preference
