Traces in the Dark
Tom’s face turns pale. “Okay, okay, I admit it,” he stammers. “It was supposed to be a harmless prank. I wanted to hide the trophy for a while, but then things got out of hand when the window broke, and I got scared.”
Tom leads you to the hidden spot where he kept the trophy. The case is closed, but you remind Tom of the importance of honesty and trust. The Principal decides to forgive him after he apologizes, and the trophy is safely returned to the museum.
