Ingredients:
• 5cups: Berries
• 4tbs: Granulated Sugar
• 1/2cup: Rolled Oats
• 1/2cup: Brown Sugar
• 1/4cup: Gluten Free Flour
• 3tbs: Gluten Free Flour
• 1/4cup: Butter
• Vanilla Icecream
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F. If berries are frozen, thaw but do not drain. Place berries in a 2-quart square baking dish. Stir in the granulated sugar and 3tbs of gluten free flour.
Step 2: For the topping, in a medium bowl stir together oats, brown sugar, and gluten free flour. Using a pastry blender, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle topping over berries.
Step 3: Bake for 30 to 35 minutes (40 minutes for thawed frozen berries) or until berries are tender and topping is golden. If desired, serve warm with ice cream.
