Honey Pepper Sauce
- 3/4 Cup of Honey
- 1/3 Cup of Soy Sauce
- 1/4 Cup of Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Cup of Pineapple
- 1 Lemon Juiced
- 1 Tbsp of Vinegar
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- Dash of Cayenne Pepper
Cheese Sauce
- 1/2 Cup of Parmesan Cheese
- 3/4 Cup of Mozarella Cheese
- 1/2 Cup of Romano
- 1/2 Cup of Asiago
- 1/2 Stick of butter
- 2 Cups of Cream
- Dash of Basil
- 3 Cloves of Minced Garlic
Steps
Honey Pepper Sauce
Combine the ingredients and bring the mixture to a boil. Afterwards, let it simmer for about 15 minutes or until the sauce thickens
Cheese Sauce
First melt the butter and cream together in the pan. Once they have melted add the rest of the ingredients into the pan. Keep the heat for the sauce at a low simmer.
- Cut the chicken breast into strips thent thoroughly soak them in buttermilk. After soaking them in the buttermilk, toss the the chicken strips into a seasoned flour mixture and coat generously.
- Once the strips are completely coated proceed to deep fry them at 365°F for 5 minutes until golden brown or fully cooked.
- Boil the amount of pasta that you desire to serve. While you are boiling the pasta toss the chicken into the honey pepper sauce and the pasta into the cheese sauce.
- Plate the pasta, chicken tenders, chopped parsley, and bacon pieces
