this refreshing, lite cocktail is perfect for a warm summer day

the hugo spritz has a semi-dry, subtle floral taste

this is a tasty, low-calorie cocktail for those who want to enjoy something light, refreshing, and very alcoholic.

ingredients

your favorite wine glass
cup full of ice
splash of prosecco
2.5 oz elderflower liqueur
4 oz soda water
2 wedges lime
handful of mint leaves

how to make it

  1. cut your lime in half
  2. squeez one half over the ice in your wine cup
  3. cut the other half in half to make wedges (i like to cut a total of 6 wedges)
  4. use a shot glass (or make your best guess) to pour two shots, or about 2.5 oz of elderflower liqueur over the ice.
  5. pour a heafty splash of Prosecco into the glass
  6. add some mint leaves (i like at least 5 leaves)
  7. add a wedge into the drink, and one on the edge of the glass
  8. use a straw to muddle the mint leaves and lime in the drink
  9. enjoy!
