How to Make Cheeseburger Pie

What is it?

This easy to follow recipe allows you to make a mixture of ground beef, cheese, eggs, and Bisquick mix. The end result is a delicious pie-like dinner for everyone to enjoy. Spring, summer, fall, or winter! Prepare this meal anytime of the year. You may substitute the ground beef for any other form of ground meat or simply add your own alternative. This meal is not vegan friendly.

Ingredients:

Steps to Follow:

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.
  2. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in salt. Spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese.
  3. In medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients with fork or wire whisk until blended. Pour into pie plate.
  4. Bake 29 to 33 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Tips and Suggestions:

This super easy to make meal pairs well with barbeque sauce, ketchup, and mustard.

You can increase the recipe size if you want a larger portion by doubling each ingredient as needed and adding 5-10 minutes on the cooking timer.

You can add your own toppings as desired, much like you would on a regualr cheeseburger. Lettuce, bacon, avacado, tomatoes, shredded cheese, onions, pickles, you name it.
