    strong black coffee (chilled optional but recommended!)
  • 1/2 cup

    sugar-free caramel creamer
  • 1/2 cup

    almond milk or skim milk
  • 3 cups

    ice (adjust for how frozen you want the frappe)
  • 1/2 tbs.

    sugar-free caramel sauce (optional topping)
  • 1/3 cup

    fat-free whipped cream or cool whip (optional topping)
