Ingredients
- 2 (5.6-ounce) Package of Yaki-Soba noodles
- 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1/3 cup Soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Brown sugar
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon grated Ginger
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 pound boneless chicken breast
- 1 Teaspoon Olive oil
- 1 Teaspoon Sesame seeds
- 1 Green Onion
- Step 1.
In a large pot of boiling water add Yaki-Soba for 2 minutes, then drain well.
- Step 2.
In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and 1/4 cup water and set aside.
- Step 3.
In a small saucepan add Soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, honey and 1 cup water then bring to a simmer. Stir in cornstarch mixture until thick approximately 2 minutes, then let cool.
- Step 4.
Combine Soy sauce with Chicken and let marinate 30 minutes, turning the bag every few minutes then drain marinade.
- Step 5.
Heat Olive oil in large skillet over medium heat and add Chicken and cook 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
- Step 6.
Stir in Yaki-Soba and 1/4 cup sauce and mix for 2 minutes.
