The Electronic Literature Organization 2008 conference will be held in Vancouver, Washington, (not to be confused with Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada), 29 May—1 June 2008.
Participants traveling by air should arrive in Portland, Oregon. The Portland International Airport (PDX) offers service from several international, national, and regional air carriers. Cabs and rental cars are available at PDX. Vancouver, Washington, is a short drive across the Columbia River from PDX.
Vancouver, Washington, may also be reached via Amtrak Train Service. The train station is a very short cab ride from the conference hotel.
Participants may also drive to Vancouver, Washington. Consult your favorite mapping service for the best route.
