Project Statement

This website was created for the DTC-355 Multimedia Authoring: Narrative assignment. Climate Change is an important topic, that often gets pushed to the side in political discussions. There is a lack of knowledge and understanding about what global warming means. There should be no mistake that there is a significant change in our polar ice caps, with prevalent ice melt that has begun to impact animal populations. I wanted to create a narrative that informed the audience in a simple and straightforward way. The video clip in the background of the header was the most challenging part of creating the website. Eventually, I figured out how to make the video responsive, but I had to reference several websites and students before I was successful.
