This 3-egg omelette is nurtient dense and packed with protein. You can add as many veggies as you'd like in order to increase the nutrient. The calories per serving vary on how much of each ingredient you add.

Step #1

First, pre-heat your stove top to medium-low heat (4). Put it any higher and you risk browning the eggs. Place your pan on top and wait until it's hot before dropping in a half an inch of a stick of butter.

Step #2

Now, get out a bowl and crack three eggs inside it. Pour a splash of milk and some salt and pepper to taste. Mix around and then pour the batter into the pan once the butter has fully melted.

Step #3

Cook the first side on the pan for 3 minutes and 30 seconds. While you are waiting for it to cook, take out the brown mushrooms, white onions, brocoli, and carrots. Wash them in the sink.

Step #4

Finely dice all the vegetables to your liking. Do not add any seasonings.

Step #5

When your omelette is ready to flip, use a spatula to quickly turn it over to the other side. If there are any gaps left in the omelette, use the leftover egg mix to fill them up.

Step #6

Pour all of the diced veggies on top of the omelette. Add the white cheddar cheese or it's substitute.

Step #7

Cook the other side at the same temperature for 30 seconds. Then, lift the pan up at an angle so the omelette gently falls to one side. Wrap the omelette over the veggies, using the edge of the pan to give it a moon shape.

Step #8

Let the omelette cook with the vegetables inside of it for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Then remove from pan.

Step #9

Top the omelette with more cheese. Then sprinke on parsley, thyme, and black sesame seeds to taste. Serve hot.
