The first one was the Sonnet project. Focusing on learning grid to organize some of Shakesphere's sonnets in a page.
My grid is ruff but tecnically works. WHich is nice for my first time doing it. Trying to make the background function felt more challenging then the grid.
The second project was the Recipe project. This site was to be an informational recipe site for any kind of food. I chose chicken alfredo and got home-made recipe instructions from my mother.
I liked the aesthetic I ended up with and enjoyed making a site on one of my favorite dishes.
The third project was the Narrative project. This project was to create a site that told a story. I decided to go for a video game-like dialogue box that the player would click and interact with in order to not only progress the story, but gain more information if they clicked specific lines of text.
The story I used was one I had started in high school, and re-wrote the first page for this project. I hope to one day continue this story still, hopefully in a more graphic novel type form.
This project's idea however is a bit hard to finish on time, as the vision I had for this project required a lot of Java Script, which we were only just learning at the time. It did not turn out how I would have liked but still accomplished many things I did not think I could have learned on time, thanks to some help from peers.
