This project took some time to think about and conceptualize, but I settled on a website about a world that is seven years in the making. This particular excerpt is lore information, but I felt that making it into a website would be an interesting way to engage with it. I decided to go with a sequential, one page parallax scrolling layout because I've always been story-oriented, and I wanted it to read as such. I also felt that this style really suited a longer epic type of work, which I wanted this excerpt to read as. One thing that I struggled with is color scheme; I wasn't sure what exactly to go with, and it also was dependent upon what images I chose, as some of the text and background colors don't show up correctly against certain images. All that being said, I tried to work on this and make it as cohesive as I possibly could.
