1 1/2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
2 Tbsp Cream Cheese (may cut into cubes)
1-2 Large Egg (beaten)
1/3 cup Coconut or Almond Flour (One can use cauliflower through a food processor for this portion if one has nut alergies)
Step 1: Combine both the shredded and cubbed cream cheese in the large bowl microwaving it for thirty-seconds stirring, then cooking for another thirty-secodns before stirring throughly
Step 2: Now inlucde the flour and beaten eggs (it is recommended to use 1 eggs when using almond flour). Stiring again; if the mixture hardens one may soften it in the microwave 10-15 sec.
Step 3: Roll out the dough inbetween two pieces of parchment paper using your rolling pin should be about 1/3-1/4" thick
Step 4: Stick it in the oven at 425 degrees F(218 degrees C.) for 6 minutes, poke holes with a fork or toothpick where bubbles may form, cooking it for 3-7 more minutes or until golden brown
Step 5: Finally put on all your toppings. I use chipotle peppers to replace the tamato sauce adding a spicy kick! Adding a substantial ammount of cheese and all the meet possible such as; Peperoni, sausage, bacon!
