This is the American Eskimo Dog appreciation page!

Here we love American Eskimo Dog's, or Eskies for short. They originate from the German Spitz breed and get their names from an original breeder whos name also had the word Eskimo in it. American Eskimo's are extremely smart and easy to train! They are even able to learn from other dogs by simply watching them .

Why are American Eskimos so amazing?

They are great at tricks, and used to be real circus dogs!
Eskies are an incredibly loyal breed
They are excellent guard dogs
- Shrill bark makes them perfect for patrolling large territories
- Known to fight to the death in defense of their owners
  - Require special training and exercise
Loving companion dogs, who simply enjoy being with their owners
