Long ago the old gods were usurped...

Far from the grace of their creator the elves have conquered worlds in the name of their new mistress. The Goddess who Sleeps granted them great power so that they may spread her holy gifts to those unfortunate enough to cross their path.

The Elven Fortress Cities are a far cry from their old opulence. Their fall from grace was facilitated through attempts to rid the entire world of any of the Old Empire's influence.

By the grace of the Old Ones their self destruction has led to ignorance. Only their unknowingness of the lands across the seas has stopped the elven advance.

Now, new kingdoms have come to power overseas. Rumors of elven vaults buried full of ancient treasures and astonishing artifacts have led adventurers to seek out the lost continent. Time has dulled the wounds upon history. The young cultures have no way to know what awaits them across the vast ocean.
