What is my story? Well, it's one of suspense and danger. It's not a happy one. But it's one that needs to be told.
I became a mercenary to help others.
And in the process...
I discovered a myserious world.
One in which I could tap into the powers of...
the Metaverse.
But I never would've expected the horror that was...
It was quite litterally... a nightmare.
But it wasn't just me fighting it. I had help.
And with their power... I overcame it.
...But... I wouldn't stop there.
This power...
If it was used for good...
The world would be so much better off.
So I trained.
I conquered the Shadow.
I molded it into something new.
I made it my ally.
And now...
The tables have turned.
So watch out, enemies.
Because now...
My goal for this was to emulate a manga and/or anime style of storytelling, using more abstract art to kind of convery the main character telling a story. It was really fun to work on, and learning how to make this style was a very fun challenge. I also did some of the art (namely the first image and the red eyes) to give it a personal touch.
