Jeremy 'Hoser' Cobblestone

Jeremy Cobblestone is a known Public Risk Factor (PRF). Jeremy's father, Dominick Cobblestone, dealt in Russian made black market cybernetics and distributed them in CogPol territories. Jeremy has also been suspected of dealing in illegal cybernetics. As a result, CogPol has been tasked with the collection of Jeremy Cobblestone.

Dreg is an extremely potent stimulant. It's a pearlescent azure liquid that is dropped directly into the eyes. It increases your mental focus. One dose lasts for an entire day. Jeremy is suspected of being an avid user of Dreg.

Jeremy is confirmed to have Mk. 4 Klein ocular cybernetics, this causes most run-of-mill camera sytems to malfuction when viewing the suspect. Reletively high-end blackmarket ocular implants, Russian made.

Hakeem Lewis
Cafe/hologram frabrication owner. Mostly docile. Possible stimulant addiction.
Hakeem Lewis is a known Public Risk Factor (PRF). Hakeem's cousin, Jedah Forest, is a high-level hologram engineer. It is suspected that Hakeem and Jedah are running an illegal hologram deepfake service for local politicians, with Hakeem being the head of their operation.

Angel is a strong stimulant. It's a dark purple liquid that is drank straight or in concoctions. It shows you your brightest hopes, and sometimes your darkest nightmares. One dose lasts for 48 hours. Side effects can include psychosis and extreme drowsiness. Difficult to find among general population, tends to be more popular among the affluent. Hakeem is suspected of being a recreational user.

The 'Nexus-ray tube' is a high-end experimental AI hologram technology, first concieved in Haiti in 2172. The 'Nexus' technology can ingest an exceptionally small amount of personal data before being able to recreate the individual's likeness almost indistinguishable to the real person. Since it's conception, various governments have stolen some variant of this technology. Many of these governments, including CogPol, have outlawed the usage of the 'Nexus'. Hakeem is suspected of being in possesion of a 'Nexus'.
