1. Defrost phyllo dough in fridge the night before. Then butte the pan and lay 2 sheets down. Butter every 2 then stop after 1/3 of dough.
2. Spinkle 1/2 of nut mix, then repeat til another 1/3 of dough is used. For the last few top layers make sure that these are the best and get extra butter in between.
3. Bake for 350 degrees for 30min til golden brown. While baking make the syrup.
4. Combine sugar and water. Bring to a boil and then simmer. Add honey and lemon during simmer. Let the syrup cool and then pour on top of ho pastry.
