Basic Folklórico Steps!
In Folklorico, there are basic steps that overlap with different dances. Here is the most basic and popular step in folklorico: Zapateado de Planta (Flat). This form is used in many regions of Mexico and always follows a "3" beat count.
This is another form of zapteado with the same beat, but instead of dancing with your feet "flat", you press your heel down to the floor. This type of stye is mainly used for the region of Jalisco.
Another version of zapteado with the same beat count except your foot goes back instead of going up.
