Initially released in 2007, the Mass Effect Trilogy focuses on one character but BioWare developed the games in such way that they are relatively customizable so that the player can have individualized experiences while also going through the story as the one and only Commander Shephard. The player can contribute a first name of choice, customize the gender and appearance, and also decide on the backstory of their Commander Shephard. As they go through the story and explore space with their companions, the decisions they make along the way will turn them down one of two major narrative paths.
The displayed copies of the Mass Effect Trilogy are playable on the Xbox 360.
