Pineapple Fried Rice

A Thai dish that is a spin on the classic chinese pineappled fried rice. With your choice of Protein.

  1. Cook your protein any way you want, you will add this in later
  2. Cut up green onions
  3. Crack Eggs into bowl and whisk up until beaten.
  4. Cut up Pineapple into bite size pieces.
  5. Heat up your pan on medium, and add olive oil. Spread the olive oil around the pan to fully cover.
  6. Add rice into pan and spread around until all rice is heated.
  7. Add Protein in and stir around
  8. Add Fish Sauce, Hoisin, Siriacha and Soy Sauce to Rice / Protein. Stir around until fully stained.
  9. Add Curry Powder to your liking. Make sure every part of the rice is stained. Stir around.
  10. Add Cashews and Stir around until youre done.
  11. Add to any bowl or plate you want and add cut up green onions.
  12. Enjoy!
