- Day Old White Rice
- Olive Oil
- Pineapple
- Green Onions
- Eggs
- Soy Sauce
- Fish Sauce
- Hoisin Sauce
- Sriracha (or similar sauce)
- Choice of Protein
- Curry Powder
- Cashews

- Stove
- Chopsticks
- Small Bowl
Instructions
- Cook your protein any way you want, you will add this in later
- Cut up green onions
- Crack Eggs into bowl and whisk up until beaten.
- Cut up Pineapple into bite size pieces.
- Heat up your pan on medium, and add olive oil. Spread the olive oil around the pan to fully cover.
- Add rice into pan and spread around until all rice is heated.
- Add Protein in and stir around
- Add Fish Sauce, Hoisin, Siriacha and Soy Sauce to Rice / Protein. Stir around until fully stained.
- Add Curry Powder to your liking. Make sure every part of the rice is stained. Stir around.
- Add Cashews and Stir around until youre done.
- Add to any bowl or plate you want and add cut up green onions.
- Enjoy!
