- 8 ounces Ghiradelli 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Chips
- 6 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1/3 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1. Preheat
oven to 325°F.
- 2. Butter
and 8" square baking pan.
- 3. Melt
the chocolate and butter in the top of a double boiler. Stir occasionally until smooth.
- 4. Remove
from heat.
- 5. Mix
sugar and salt into chocolate.
- 6. Mix
eggs one at a time.
- 7. Add the flour and mix until the batter pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
- 8. Pour
batter into pan.
- 9. Bake
35 mins.
- 10. Remove
brownies from oven.
- 11. Cool
for 10 mins.
- 12. Serve.
