Cassava Cake
My mother grew up in the Philippines, where her family had a
cassava farm
. This recipe is one handed down from her grandmother, to my grandfather, to her. They owned a bakery out of their family home, and this sweet was a specialty.

grated cassava
1 can
condensed milk

eggs
1 8oz. can
coconut milk
1 pack
sweetened, shredded coconut

Mix all ingredients together

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until set.
