Cassava Cake

My mother grew up in the Philippines, where her family had a cassava farm. This recipe is one handed down from her grandmother, to my grandfather, to her. They owned a bakery out of their family home, and this sweet was a specialty.

Ingredients:

2 packs grated cassava
1 can condensed milk
4 eggs
1 8oz. can coconut milk
1 pack sweetened, shredded coconut

Instructions:

1 Mix all ingredients together
2 Spread into a dish
3 Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until set.
4 Cut how you like and serve warm.
