Megan graduated from Washington State University Vancouver in 2007 with a degree in Humanities and a professional writing certificate. She has spent the last eight years devoted to fundraising and resource development in the Pacific Northwest helping to raise over three million dollars for the betterment of the community. Megan has used her talents to grow organizations such as Second Step Housing, YWCA Clark County, and most recently, Clark County Food Bank. Her passion for building philanthropy is deeply rooted in her belief that all people deserve a chance to have their basic needs met – be it food, shelter, safety, or love. Megan and her husband, Andy, have two children (Alice and Henry) and live in Vancouver, Washington.
