Development of Preventing Adolescent Pregnancy Program.
A Diversity Summit is held at Wy’East Middle School. 180 members of ethnic minorities, businesses, media, elected officials, LGBT community, social service providers, educators, clergy and law enforcement gathered to discuss: Social Service Delivery, Education, Human Rights, Mediation, People to People Bridge Building.
The Office of Multicultural Affairs and Civil Rights is established.
