Salmon Ramen

Salmon Ramen is a delicious and hearty dish that combines the rich flavors of salmon with the comforting warmth of ramen noodles. Here's a recipe for Salmon Ramen along with estimated cook times.

  • Start by Preparing the Broth:

    Use a large pot, combine the broth with garlic, ginger, soy sauce, miso paste, seasame oil, salt and pepper.

    Let simmer for 15-20 mins.

  • Next Prepare the Salmon:

    Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

    Heat oven to 400 degrees F.

    Coat baking pan with 1 tbs of olive oil.

    For 6oz salmon bake for 11-14 mins or bake on one side for 15-18mins.

  • Cook the Ramen Noodles:

    While the salmon is cooking, bring a large pot of water to a boil.

    Cook the ramen noodles

    Usually, it takes about 2-3 minutes.

    Drain the noodles and set them aside.

  • Soft-boil the Eggs:

    In a separate pot, bring enough water to cover the eggs to a boil.

    Add eggs into the boiling water for 6-7 mins to soft-boil egg.

    Transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water then peel them
