A delicious, fruity, double layer, pineapple and strawberry cake topped with a sweet cherry frosting. It's very easy to make. Recipe includes Step-by-Step instructions with pictures.

How to Make Pineapple Cake

  1. Combine together cake mix, water, eggs, oil, cake flour, and pineapple, in a large bowl on a low speed until moistened (about 30 seconds).
  2. Beat cake at medium speed for 2 minutes.

  4. Using a rubber spatula, pour pineapple cake into greased cake pan.
  5. Bake, then use a toothpick to test for doneness. Let the cake cool in their pan a bit before inverting onto a cooling rack, where they'll need to cool completely before frosting.

How to Make Strawberry Cake

In a separate bowl, combine 1 ½ cups diced fresh cherries or 1 ½ cups blended frozen cherries with a 16 oz. container of cherry frosting.
