Welcome to Planet 4546B

an unknown world waiting to be discovered

The Kelp Forest

The Kelp Forest is a subsection of the "Safe Shallows", which serves as a home to various herbivores and plant-life. There are limited threats within this biome, such as Crashfish and Stalkers.

Stalkers are known for collecting various metallic materials deep in the Kelp Forest. They are generally non-aggressive, however, attempting to steal their metal collection will result in aggression.

Crashfish can be found exclusively in cave systems. They are typically non-aggressive until they sense movement outside their homes. They will rush toward the threat and explode upon impact -- therefore, earning their name as "crash" fish.

The Aurora

The "crash zone" is the geographical byproduct of the Aurora's crash onto Planet 4546B. Due to the crash and subsequent detonation of the Aurora reactor, the biome is heavily irradiated and is home to limited plant-life. The biome is also heavily polluted with sand and debris from the Aurora.

The most dangerous inhabitant of the "crash zone" is the Reaper Leviathan. This creature is extremely aggressive to all fauna considered prey. While exploring this biome, utilize heavy caution to avoid these creatures. From a distance, Reaper Leviathans can be spotted by their large shadows or their roars. Avoid, at all costs, being caught in their mandibles.

The Deep Grand Reef

Located beneath the Grand Reef, the Deep Grand Reef is home to various creatures and plant-life. Of the many creatures characteristic of this biome, the Crabsquid and Warper are especially aggressive.

The Crabsquid is a strange combination of Earth's squid and crab species. Unlike their Earthly counterparts, the Crabsquid is known for releasing Electromagnetic Pulses. These EMP blasts will disable all electronic devices within the vicinity.

The Warper is far more threatening in comparison with the Crabsquid. This creature was genetically engineered by an unknown race utilizing various characteristics of off-world species. Warpers are specifically engineered for their ability to "warp" from space to space. They use this skill to draw prey to themselves or to warp closer to prey. They are also equipped with mandibles that are used to dismember prey.

The Lost River

The Lost River is one of the deepest biomes on Planet 4546B. This biome is entered through by multiple routes, including the Deep Grand Reef. Unlike biomes closer to the surface, the Lost River is inhabited by creatures that utilize bioluminecence.

The biome is also home to a corrosive "brine". This substance is deadly to humans unprotected by a Prawn Suit.

The most threatening creature in the Lost River is the Ghost Leviathan. The Ghost Leviathan is a larger cousin of the Reaper Leviathan. Unlike the Reaper Leviathan, the Ghost Leviathan does not possess mandibles used to grab prey. However, this leviathan does utilize bioluminecence to stun prey. They also, like the Reaper Leviathan, roar upon seeing prey. In comparison with the deeper roar of the Reaper Leviathan, the Ghost Leviathan's roar sounds more like a scream.

The Inactive Lava Zone

The Inactive Lava Zone is the deepest biome on Planet 4546B. This biome, unlike the others, is filled with thermal vents and lava pools. The high temperatures of this biome make it deadly to anyone outside of a Prawn Suit or vehicle. This zone is also home to the Primary Containment Center.

Unique to this biome is the Sea Dragon Leviathan, which resembles Earth's imaginations of Western dragons. While this creature does not "breathe" fire, the Sea Dragon does possess the ability to withstand extreme heat. This creature is highly aggressive and will utilize it's claws to grasp at prey. Avoid this creature at all costs.

The Primary Containment Center

Little is know about the Primary Containment Center, specifically because no one has survived long enough to explore the base.

Not only is the base protected by multiple Sea Dragon Leviathans, but the extreme heat surrounding the base prevents anyone outside a Prawn Suit from entering.

It is theorized that this base is home to the primary test subject of the prior civilization of this planet.
